Structure: Blue walled conduit of plasticized PVC with white spiral of hard PVC, smooth on inside. Copper strand coil is imbedded in the external wall of conduits parallel to hard PVC. The strand coil shall carry away the electrostatic charges.
Application: The hoses serve for conveying naphtha, petroleum/gasoline and diesel oils only when there is no risk of static electricity due to electrifying of the conveyed liquid itself. Operating temperature range: - 20oC to + 55oC.
Quality Requirements: PN - EN ISO 6808: 2002(0); TWT-ZP-01/2001

The hoses may meet the requirements as concerns the protection against electricity of explosive mixtures and vapors of flammable liquids belonging to subgroups IIA and IIB provided the following conditions are observed:
For zones Z1, Z2, Z11 All elements mounted on the hose: connectors, end pieces etc. of conductive materials shall be connected with copper strand embedded in hose walls and grounded. The conducting objects among which the hose is located shall be connected to copper strand and effectively grounded.
For zones Z0 and Z10 In case of expected conveying of liquids or dust-air mixtures, it is necessary to analyze individually the static-electricity protection of all the process system(s).
Resistance to bending: The hose section subject to bending to diameter specified in the Table should neither break not crack and should pass positively the tests determined in the standard, ISO 1746.
Resistance to Vacuum: The hose subject to vacuum of 65 kPa at 23oC (absolute pressure of 35 kPa) should not exhibit any suck-backs/concavities or cracking.
