Structure:
green-wall hose of plasticized PVC with white spiral of hard PVC, smooth on inside.
Application:
For the transportation of fresh and sea water, sewage, sludge, chemical solvents, fertilizers, abrasive materials and others.
Operating temperature range: - 20oC to + 55oC.
Quality Requirements:

Resistance to bending:
The hose section subject to bending to diameter specified in the Tables should neither break nor crack and should pass positively the tests determined in the standard, ISO 1746.
Resistance to Vacuum:
The hose subject at 23oC to vacuum at the level depending on hose type:
medium: - Type 2 - 65 kPa (absolute pressure - 35 kPa),
heavy - Type 3 - 80 kPa (absolute pressure - 20 kPa),
should not exhibit any suck-backs/concavities or cracking.
