There are numerous rooms with higher hygienic requirements, or requiring complete tightness. Traditional finishing - with ceramic tiles, wainscot, etc. - does not meet all expectations. That is why HiGam system is applied more and more often in rooms where stringent tightness and hygiene are required.
Due to it, it is possible to finish the whole room (walls and floor) as:
- joint-free - free of places where dirt and bacteria accumulate;
- tight - the room is hermetically tight, over walls and floor;
- without sharp edges - floor-to-wall joints and corners are finished rounded (with cambers) to facilitate cleaning and disinfecting;
- aseptic - materials are protected with bactericidal and fungicidal agents.
|
The HiGam system comprises: |
|
- floor coverings (e.g. Rekord 42, Rekord 31, Specjal 43 Type S, Specjal 43 Type Plus, Specjal 43 Type Plus A, Rondo 42); - wall covering Forum; - assembling moldings/slats 2733; - quarter round molding 2725.
The HiGam system may be used in the construction of residential and public buildings, in particular in health-service facilities (e.g. operation theaters) as well as in industrial building construction including food-industry facilities.
